Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cook with proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring consistency in food presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with restaurant standards.

Plan and execute menu items with creativity and attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety procedures.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.

Relevant trade qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
