Roster: Wednesday – Sunday (late afternoon and evening shifts)

Above Award Pay: $30 - $40 depending upon experience

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Ermington, Sydney
Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Italian cooking will be a bonus but not absolutely necessary
Cook for restaurant
