Full- Time Cook Required Murrumba Downs Tavern
Murrumba Downs Tavern is currently seeking a qualified Full Time Cook to join our friendly team. Looking for someone who is hard-working, creative, organized, and passionate.
Responsibilities:

Planning of menu items Plan Staff Rosters
Supervised kitchen staff during the food preparation and also prepare food according to cultural and dietary needs of the customers.
Prepare the list of required items in the kitchen and order food supplies
Preparing various food items from our restaurant menu by using various cooking methods Estimating food and labour cost of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
Monitoring quality of food at all stages of preparation……

Requirements:

Experience – Minimum 2 years in a busy kitchen environment
Qualifications in commercial cookery- (Cert IV required but Diploma holder will be preferred)
Flexible availability
Good communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and in a team Understanding of OH&S and food hygiene requirements

Salary: $76515.00 plus super depending on experience.
