At Manjimup Gateway Hotel, we provide variety of cuisines, including international mains and children’s menu. We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
• Support the ordering of food and supplies
• Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
• Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
• Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner the cooking process
• Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
• Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
• Develop menu suggestion
• Check on store food and supplies are delivered
• Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment

To be successful in this role you will need the following.

• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role.
• A positive, vibrant member to join our diverse team and be a team player.
• MUST have a can do attitude.

Salary: $65,000 – 80,000 per year
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
