The final deliverables should be clear, engaging, and easy to understand for potential buyers, investors, and tenants. Scope of Work: Convert architectural plans into marketing-friendly versions. Simplify technical details while maintaining key selling points. Add clear labels, color coding, and branding elements where necessary. Ensure the plans are visually appealing and easy to interpret. Deliver files in high-resolution PDF and editable formats (Illustrator, InDesign, or similar). Ideal Skills & Experience: Experience in architectural visualization or real estate marketing. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. Understanding of architectural drawings and how to adapt them for marketing. Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design. Deliverables: Final marketing plan(s) in PDF and editable formats. Any necessary revisions to ensure clarity and quality.
