We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help maximize performance across our Shopify websites. If you are data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about improving user journeys, we’d love to hear from you. Role Overview As our CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting audits, analyzing customer behavior, running tests, and implementing proven CRO strategies. The goal: increase conversion rates and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Perform in-depth CRO audits of Shopify stores. * Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and journey mapping. * Conduct competitor and demographic research to identify winning strategies. * Develop and run A/B & multivariate tests (layouts, copy, visuals, funnels, CTAs). * Recommend and implement UX/UI improvements to reduce friction and boost sales. * Optimize landing pages, advertorials, and product pages. * Collaborate with our internal design, copywriting, and dev teams. * Track, report, and present clear before/after performance metrics. * Stay updated with CRO tools, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications * 3+ years of proven CRO experience in Shopify e-commerce (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools. * Demonstrated success in increasing conversion rates (show before/after results). * Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and customer psychology. * Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks. * Understanding of direct-response marketing, copywriting, and visual optimization. * Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
