Contracts Administrator/Coordinator
Recently undergoing significant transformation and growth, our client has an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator/Coordinator to join the team permanently.

The role:
Liaise and monitor progress of projects to contract conditions, cross check contractor performance
Ensuring invoicing of projects is in accordance with the contract conditions and costs
Preparation and submission of progress and variation claims, delay notices and extension of time claims
Managing supplier relationships to ensure high quality delivery and budget adherence
What you will need to apply:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in administering contracts
A commercial and improvement driven mindset - always looking for ways to extract value from a contract once it has been executed
Financial acumen - ability to assess claims and variations
Strong communication skills and the ability to break down internal silos, from procurement to project delivery
