Recruitment Innovation Pty Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Contracting Officer to join our team in Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Drafting & reviewing client contracts
- Contract variations
- Advise on potential risks associated with contract terms, coordinating with management as required
- Case Lodgement Authorisations
- Manage client enquiries relating to contracts, services and payments/schedules
- Manage and file documents relating to contracts and payments
- Process incoming mail concerning contracts and payments
- Process payments and invoicing in accordance with contract schedules
- Oversee case progress
- Monitoring phone & email inquiries

Skills and Abilities:
- 3+ years' experience in contract administration (land or residential construction background is a bonus)
- A love of structure, process and detail - you notice the small stuff others miss
- Confidence in managing relationships with clients, agents, developers and teammates
- The ability to juggle multiple contracts without breaking a sweat
- A knack for making deadlines and obligations crystal clear for everyone involved

Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience
