Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
My Flex Health is the largest owned and operated West Australian healthcare company with over 25 years’ experience delivering professional health service solutions to facilities, quality home care throughout the Perth metropolitan area, whilst training existing health professionals and educating a new generation of health support staff.
We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced and passionate individual to join our team in position of Contract Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementing and adhering to My Flex Health procedures and policies.
• Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts and services
• Key support to the Project Management teams through the application of knowledge, skills, tools and other administrative techniques against the project activities to meet the requirements safety and correctly.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationship by serving as a single point of contract for contractual matters.
• Responding to inquiries and provide Contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
• Communicate contract - related information to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide initiatives to improve, compliment or add to current processed and procedures.
• Monitor and complete contract close - out, extension or renewal as appropriate.
• Assisting Project Manager and Directors on various task as required.
• Working with Senior Managers, COO, CEO and Directors to ensure that goals are met
• Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
• Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
• Must have healthcare experience
• Have minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience relating to the role
• Have Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration / Commerce
• Have a high attention to detail.
• Have excellent organisation, writing and communication skills.
