Salary: $77000 plus Superannuation

Eustonia Farm Management provides management and consultation services to Table Grape Farmers within the greater Sunraysia region (Mildura, Robinvale) by the specifications of both domestic and export markets.

1. Involved with the negotiation go contracts in regard to terms and conditions, programs, and timelines
2. Liaise with stakeholders in regard to contract inquiries and resolutions
3. Collect and analyze stakeholder input per project basis regarding goals and outcomes
4. Drafting contracts including details such as parties involved, terms and conditions, services
and timelines
5. Consult with Management staff in regarding to business decisions and achieving goals
6. Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders
7. Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisational activities
8. Monitoring and analysis data which concerns with project outcomes, revenue generation
9. Prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of an
organisation.
10. Accommodations arrangements and room allocations to staffs and backpackers
11. Constant monitor any changes in laws and regulations in regards to export, import,
employment and any other policy which may affect current contracts and alter accordingly.
