Benefits Competitive salary plus Superannuation along with great learning environment Task & responsibilities Drafting and negotiating contracts that are legally binding between parties, including but not limited to education agents, other recruitment partners, clients, students, marketing partners, building managements, company owners. Creating & negotiating MOUs with different companies and business for placements and workshops for various courses including Automotive and Information technology courses.  Discussing the terms and conditions of contracts, particularly focusing on commission percentages and revenue sharing with both current and prospective student recruitment and placement partners. Establishing and negotiating contract clauses and conditions including service levels and scope, confidentiality jurisdictions, fees, payment terms, termination clause, governing law, damages, liability, intellectual property, and financial obligation. Liaising with external legal practitioners and other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements of the contract are met and business risk is minimised. Undertaking contract analysis, and communicating changes in the business's legal obligations to senior management.  Revising existing contracts as per the business needs and executing the changes to ensure that terms are up to date and aligned with business needs and generate maximum value for the business.
