I own a cake shop in Brisbane with product and cake photos stored in Dropbox. I need help managing my photo storage and Instagram account so I can consistently showcase my work and create an engaging instagram feed. This role will start simple: - Sort through my existing photo library in Dropbox, assist in organise into clear categories (e.g. weddings, birthdays, cupcakes, seasonal, corporate) - I don't want you to delete any photos, but feel free to flag duplicate or low quality images - Light photo editing (brightness, colour correction, cropping to fit Instagram’s feed style) Once the photos are organised, the role will expand to: - Creating draft posts (3–4 per week) using sorted photos - Writing friendly, approachable captions (not overly formal) - Suggesting relevant hashtags - Using a scheduling tool (Later, Planoly, or similar) so I can approve posts before they go live What I’m looking for: - Experience managing Instagram accounts, ideally for food, bakery, or creative businesses - Strong eye for aesthetics (bright, colourful, consistent feed) - Ability to edit photos for a cohesive look - Good communication skills – willing to start small and build up responsibilities as trust grows How we’ll start: I’d like to begin with a small trial: sorting 20 photos into folders and creating 3 draft Instagram posts (captions + hashtags). If this works well, I’d love to continue with ongoing weekly work.
