Overview Our client seeking a highly skilled Content & Messaging Strategist to take ownership of our organisation’s voice across all communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing, storytelling, and persuasion — and who can balance big-picture messaging strategy with hands-on content creation. Our client's business produces both company-wide communications and podcast content, so you will be responsible for developing messaging frameworks, writing dialogue/scripts, and ensuring consistency of voice across multiple formats. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the company’s core messaging architecture (key narratives, positioning statements, and persuasive frameworks). Write high-volume, high-quality content including: - Podcast scripts and dialogues - Company communications (internal and external) - Marketing copy, sales materials, and thought-leadership pieces - Apply persuasion models (StoryBrand, AIDA, Hormozi-style hooks, NLP, etc.) to drive audience engagement and action. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with brand values, strategy, and audience psychology. - Maintain consistency in tone, style, and message across all platforms. Requirements - Proven experience as a content strategist, communications lead, or persuasive copywriter. - Strong portfolio of writing across different formats (podcasts, marketing, brand copy, editorial). - Deep understanding of persuasion frameworks and storytelling principles. - Ability to produce large volumes of high-quality writing to tight deadlines. - Comfortable working independently, while also integrating feedback from leadership. - A natural communicator who loves language and enjoys shaping narratives. Preferred - Background in podcast scriptwriting or dialogue writing. - Familiarity with marketing psychology, NLP techniques, or direct-response copywriting. - Experience working with businesses in investment, media, or professional services is a plus (but not required).
