We’re looking for a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to join Ricoh’s Marketing Communications team. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, customer-centric content across digital and offline channels that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This is not a “content writer” role - it’s about building content strategies, roadmaps, and campaigns that drive measurable impact. You’ll use the latest AI and digital tools to move with pace, while ensuring content is aligned to Ricoh’s brand voice and business priorities. In this role you will: Develop and maintain a content roadmap that supports campaigns, SEO priorities and customer journeys. Create engaging and informative marketing content, including but not limited to case studies, white papers, brochures, web pages, blog posts, videos, marketing campaigns and sales enablement collateral. End to end ownership of content from ideation, content development, design and distribution. Occasional need to also produce high quality, engaging content for Ricoh company tenders/BID library. Leverage AI tools (eg. Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and repurposing, while ensuring final outputs reflect Ricoh’s brand tone and quality standards. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise content for SEO, SEM, and analytics-driven performance. Work with subject matter experts to develop and refine content for ease of understanding & desired objectives (eg. brand awareness, lead generation etc) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine content strategies and messaging. Analyse and report on the performance of different content types and channels, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to amplify the reach of marketing content. To be successful in this role: 3-5 years’ experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting or campaign development (technology sector experience an advantage) Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills – able to adapt tone across channels and audiences. Demonstrated experience using AI and digital marketing tools in content creation and workflow. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace, without sacrificing quality. Able to identify gaps in information and ask the right questions or proactively educate yourself / conduct research to develop an understanding Ability to digest technical or complex information and develop easy-to-understand written materials tailored to the unique needs of target audiences Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision What we give back to you?
