Content Creator – Finance Broking Business About Us ChapterTwo is a specialist finance broking firm helping Australians refinance, consolidate debt, and get back on track financially. We’re growing fast and need a creative, results-driven Content Creator to craft engaging ad campaigns that connect with our audience across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms. The Role We are looking for a Content Creator who can design, edit, and produce high-quality creative content that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with our marketing and broking team to develop eye-catching ad creatives that simplify complex finance concepts and resonate with everyday Australians. Key Responsibilities Ad Creation: Develop engaging Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads including images, carousels, and short-form videos. Design & Editing: Use Canva and Photoshop to create professional, scroll-stopping creative assets. Content Strategy: Work with the team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas aligned with business goals. Brand Voice: Ensure all content reflects our brand values – professional, trustworthy, approachable, and relatable. Video/Animation: Edit short video snippets, reels, or motion graphics to improve engagement (bonus). Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the marketing team to test, learn, and optimise ad creatives for conversions. What We’re Looking For Proven experience creating digital content and ads, preferably for service-based businesses. Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects a plus). Understanding of Meta advertising best practices and what makes content perform. Ability to simplify finance messaging into relatable, creative campaigns. A proactive, creative thinker who can work independently and bring fresh ideas. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
