About

We’re after a creative weapon who can do two things brilliantly: - Chop up and repurpose content like Gary Vee’s team. - Design clean, on-brand graphics that actually stop the scroll. If you love the idea of taking one keynote, podcast, or rant and spinning it into 30+ assets across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram while also knocking out carousels, pitch decks, and branded graphics, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do - Slice long-form content into clips of different lengths (15s reels, 30–60s snippets, 3–5min cutdowns). - Add hooks, captions, overlays, music, and sound effects. - Repurpose content across platforms (LinkedIn carousels, TikTok/Reels, YouTube Shorts, X threads). - Design graphics and templates (carousels, decks, infographics, social tiles) using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. - Keep everything visually consistent and on-brand. - Experiment with formats, track what lands, and double down. What Success Looks Like - Every long-form piece ? 20–30 scroll-stopping assets. - Strong, consistent visual identity across all platforms. - A predictable pipeline of content always ready to post. What You Bring - Proven video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). - Proven graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). - Portfolio showing you can do both (repurpose content + design). - Sharp eye for what performs on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. - Fast, creative, resourceful, no hand-holding required. How to Apply - Don’t just tell us what you can do, show us. You must submit the following: - A short video (1–2 min) to introduce yourself and show off your editing style. - Examples of content you’ve created in a Gary Vee–style (snappy edits, reels, TikToks, shorts, etc.). - Your design portfolio: carousels, graphics, decks, or any visuals that prove you can design as well as edit.
