As our Contact Centre Sales Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic, multi-channel sales operation that includes Inbound, Member Onboarding, Specialised Sales (Life Solutions, Webchat, OVHC), and RT Health Sales & Retention. About the job In this senior leadership position, you’ll be responsible for implementing strategies to exceed sales and retention targets, driving initiatives that enhance member satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development. You’ll focus on operational effectiveness leading change, improving efficiencies, and providing insights for continuous improvement while ensuring all activities align with our Member Growth strategy. Managing budgets, overseeing financial and risk reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations are key aspects of this role. You’ll also support Team Leaders through regular coaching and performance reviews, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and a strong commitment to work health and safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering excellent member experiences and supporting the ongoing success of HCF’s Contact Centre Sales teams. About you You’re a dynamic and energetic leader with a passion for building high-performing, sales-driven teams. You’ve successfully created strong team cultures with high engagement results your people feel supported, motivated, and accountable. You bring proven experience in managing Team Leaders and Managers in a contact centre environment, with a hands-on approach to day-to-day leadership. You know how to set clear expectations, hold people accountable, and drive performance while keeping the team culture vibrant and fun. You’re commercially minded, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and you’re comfortable reporting on performance, risk, and financials.
