Reporting to the Senior Platform Consultant, in this role you will be responsible for executing, the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital’s platform product suite (Trust Management) including systems integration, overall performance, and great client experience. About the Role You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration, deliver a great client experience, and support continuous product and process improvement. In addition your responsibilities may include: Lead and manage client onboarding projects from initiation to completion Analyse client data and legal documents to configure Excel trust models in our digital platform Identify and resolve data gaps to ensure accurate system setup Develop expertise in trust management processes and asset data templates (RMBS, CMBS, AUTO) Understand current data templates for various reports, including RBA, ODIN and ESMA reporting. Interpret client data, recommend validation rules, and improve data integrity Escalate issues and prepare onboarding status reports Deliver seamless client onboarding and enhance the client experience Gather client feedback, support user testing, and coordinate handover to BAU Contribute to product innovation, process improvement, and documentation Participate in product design, testing, and requirements gathering sessions Prepare user guides, status reports, and internal process documentation. About you We’re looking for someone with: Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other relevant numerate degree 2+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury with strong existing relationships within the securitisation market Very strong communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders in the business, ranging from Analysts to Senior Management Solid understanding of business needs and focusing on customers beyond the technical outputs and reports Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills Ability to influence stakeholder with diverse points of view Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and able to apply a methodical, considered approach to developing onboarding plans and working with clients during this phase Intermediate skills in Excel, demonstrating an ability to analyse data quickly and draw conclusions Effective communication skills; clear, concise and focused verbal and written communications.
