As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating operations across multiple construction sites located in South Australia and Victoria.

Duties and Responsibilities :
· Managing a portfolio of insurance building and restoration projects from assessment to completion.
· Scoping works, estimating costs, and preparing compliant, accurate reports.
· Coordinating and supervising trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
· Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, and clients to maintain strong working relationships.
· Emergency call works at any time.
· Cost controlling and measuring the project performance.
· Ensuring all work complies with OH&S and insurance industry standards.
· Handling disputes or objections with professionalism to maintain client confidence and satisfaction.

Skills and Experience required:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance building and/or restoration project management.
· Degree or Master's related to Civil Engineering or Project management
· Solid understanding of insurance repair scopes, make-safes, assessments, and compliance.
· Proven experience building relationships with insurers, assessors, and loss adjusters.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident, professional presence.

Salary: $80000-$90000/ year + Super
