Salary is $ 78,000- 90,000.
Negotiable upon the experience and skills of the success full candidate.

The job duties are as follow:

Reviewing and interpreting architectural plans, drawings, and project specifications

Managing labour allocation and overseeing the purchase and timely delivery of materials, machinery, and equipment

Collaborating with architects, engineers, technical specialists, and tradespeople throughout the project

Liaising and negotiating with property owners, developers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Preparing and submitting tender documents and contract proposals

Planning, scheduling, and supervising coordinated site work programs

Ensuring compliance with building codes, legislation, safety standards, cost controls, and quality requirements

Coordinating submission of project plans and documents to local authorities for approval

Undertaking construction contracts directly or outsourcing specialised building services

Monitoring subcontractors’ performance, quality of work, and project progress

Organising and facilitating site inspections by relevant local authorities
