ADN Earthworks is a trusted and growing specialist in earthmoving, shoring, and excavation services. With over 13 years of successful operations across major projects in Sydney, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Lidcombe.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage earthworks projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.
Ensure the effective use of resources and equipment on the project.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards at all times.
Handle project documentation, contracts, and permits as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on earthworks or civil construction.
Strong knowledge of earthworks processes, including Demolition, excavation and shoring.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience on Tier 1 projects as well tendering on Tier 1 projects
Proficient in project management software (e.g. Civil Cad, blue beam, Procore, etc.).
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
