Title and Summary Configuration Management Analyst II Overview: Customer Configuration Management team supports Mastercard vision of world beyond cash by enabling customers to enable the products and services they want, whenever they want them, however they want them. As the Analyst in the team, you will partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of production activities in support of customer implementations. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving configuration-related issues to support a seamless customer experience. The Role: • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute configuration and production activities • Investigate and resolve internal and external customer issues related to configuration, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Analyze configuration requirements and ensure alignment with business and customer needs. • Identify opportunities to improve configuration processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on configuration best practices and procedures through applicable Mastercard processing rules, specification and documentation • Provide subject matter expertise on Core/Loyalty application • Adhere to various internal compliance and audit processes • Provide weekend pager support All About You: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) will be preferred. • Experience in configuration management, customer support, or implementation roles. • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively across all levels of technical and non-technical nature • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with configuration tools • Familiarity with customer onboarding and implementation processes. • Experience working in a cross-functional, global team environment. • Knowledge of industry-specific configuration standards or regulatory requirements. • Understanding of MasterCard’s payment processing systems, formats and associated customer host interface testing services and principles • Understanding of the 4-party model and the full transaction life-cycle for MasterCard brands • Driven individual who understands how to maintain consistency across a team • Ability to be work collaboratively but knows when to take the lead • Good project management and time management skills Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
