We are an Australian Law Firm. We have 3 - 5 precedent contract documents we sell to clients in word document format that we want paragraph referencing and navigation fixed, our own styles developed and incorporated, and a few other customisations. It is very important to us that the VA we engage is comfortable signing a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. It is also an essential requirement that our documents are NOT uploaded or put into any AI software, or stored or exposed to any data harvesting environment. We want to pay a real human for your actual brain, attitude, attention to detail and executive function. The VA need not have any legal training - the task calls for word processing skills and a more sophisticated use of Word. If the first project is a success, we would like to engage the same VA to do the same process with all our documents.
