The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Expert ability to screed and finish concrete to a high standard.

• Proficiency in operating a power trowel machine (walk-behind and/or ride-on).

• Strong technical ability to establish levels and measurements from working drawings, surveyor's marks, and TBM's / RL's (Reduced Levels).

• Good general working knowledge of formwork principles and construction.

  • Excellent for Qualified Carpenters looking to transition!

• Competence in using various power tools essential to the trade.

• An MR Truck Licence is a benefit, but not essential.

Note: Positions may also be open to highly experienced labourers with demonstrable skills in concrete finishing.

Essential Requirements

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a current Driver's Licence and have your own reliable transport.

• Possess a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

• Be reliable and punctual for all shifts.

• Hold a general construction industry induction card (e.g., White Card or equivalent state/territory requirement).

• Be a proactive and reliable team player.
