We’re hiring for an experienced Concrete Batcher for a well-known concrete plant based in Billinudgel. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and quality—offering consistent hours and the opportunity for ongoing work with Australia’s leading construction materials company.

- Coordinate and mix concrete batches according to customer and project specifications
- Operate batching software and ensure mix accuracy
- Schedule and communicate with truck drivers and site supervisors
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures)
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety procedures

Requirements:
- Previous batching experience (preferred) or similar production/plant background
- Loader ticker or VOC
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test
- Full working rights in Australia
