- Job Title Concierge/ Facilities Coordinator Job Description Summary Join Cushman & Wakefield as a Workplace Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering seamless facilities and front-of-house services. You’ll support daily operations, manage vendor performance, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure a welcoming experience for guests and employees. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll help drive efficiencies, maintain SOPs, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Job Description Key Responsibilities Facilities & Workplace Operations Support daily operations in line with Cushman & Wakefield and client policies Assist in supervising maintenance programs and vendor performance Liaise with building management for faults, out-of-hours events, and service coordination Conduct regular audits of meeting rooms and report issues for resolution Analyse operational data to identify trends and drive efficiencies Maintain and update SOPs to ensure seamless service delivery Assist Facilities Manager with budgeting, reporting, contracts, and purchase orders Identify opportunities for facility improvements and cost reduction Front Desk & Visitor Management Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all guests and employees Manage visitor sign-in, access pass issuance, and security protocols Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and event logistics Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth event delivery Access, Locker & Storage Management Manage visitor/contractor access pass issuance and returns Oversee locker allocations and quarterly audits Coordinate team storage requests and maintain key inventory Meeting Room & Event Coordination Confirm bookings and requirements 48 hours in advance Organise catering and process related invoices Manage room setup and pack-down for meetings and events Continuous Improvement & Support Proactively review systems and processes to enhance the workplace experience Provide relief support during leave or peak periods Perform other duties as requested by your direct manager About You Experience in integrated facilities or corporate office operations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
