Work description I need to compile a concept design for a new house. I have done initial design in MS Visio, but I need someone to clean it up and make it according to scale. The land is on a slope, and there is an easement. Venue: 2 Pumice Court, Keilor East, Victoria, Australia Concept Design: Attached is the PDF of a draft concept design I made using MS Visio. Notes: - Site re-establishment and feature survey were conducted. attached. - Attached are some site photos. - Since it is on a slope, deciding the level of the ground floor is key. - Lower floor should be 2.7m height, ground floor aournd 3 to 3.1 m, first floor = 2.7m. - The dimensions of the lower floor to be decided on cost effective fill/dig ratio. - The pool is for future build. i.e. we might build/install a pool later. - We need to confirm the suitability / decide of the location of the central stairs, since it will affect the whole design.
