Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network systems, including fixed wireless installations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install, align, and commission microwave radios and antennas at customer premises and WISP sites.
-Perform Point-to-Multipoint and Point-to-Point link setups for residential and commercial clients.
-Configure and install routers, switches, servers, and networking hardware.
-Ensure integration with Crisp Wireless core network infrastructure.
-Install and maintain DC power systems, UPS units, and solar arrays for remote sites.
-Verify battery backup systems and perform routine maintenance checks.
-Conduct routine tests to ensure optimal system performance.
-Diagnose and resolve faults in wireless links, cabling, and network hardware.
-Replace defective components and manage parts procurement.
-Provide technical support, evaluate customer needs, and resolve complaints promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint wireless systems.
Experience with routers, switches, servers, and networking hardware.
Understanding of DC power systems, UPS, and solar backup systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
