Pacific Bliss International Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Worker to join our team in the Wollongong & Illawarra region, NSW.

As a Community Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people living with disability under the NDIS. This role involves travelling to participants’ homes and community settings to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care and daily living tasks (hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals).

Support participants with community access, appointments, and recreational activities.

Implement and follow individual support plans, recording progress and wellbeing.

Provide advocacy, encouragement, and emotional support to clients and their families.

Work collaboratively with team members and allied health professionals.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, Diploma Nursing or higher).

Previous experience in disability, aged care, nursing, or community services desirable.

Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).

Driver’s licence preferred.

Salary: $77,000 – $79,000 per annum plus superannuation.
