About
We are building a casual pool of NDIS Community Support Workers who are willing to commence with minimal hours, with the opportunity to increase shifts as participant connections are established and built over time.
This role is ideal for support workers seeking flexibility, those returning to the sector, or individuals looking to grow their hours gradually while forming strong, trust-based relationships with participants.
You will support NDIS participants to achieve their goals through person-centred, strengths-based support that promotes independence, choice, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide respectful, person-centred support aligned with NDIS plans
-Support daily living activities, community access, and social engagement
-Build positive, professional relationships with participants at their pace
-Encourage independence, skill development, and confidence
-Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
-Follow organisational policies and the NDIS Code of Conduct
About You
You are patient, adaptable, and understand that meaningful support grows through trust and consistency.
Essential Requirements:
-Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or related field (or willingness to obtain)
-Experience in disability or community support (essential)
-Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
-Working With Children Check
-Current First Aid and CPR
-Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with appropriate level of insurance
