I run a lifestyle-focused community for founders and I’m ready to turn our social channels into the heartbeat of the group. The single outcome I’m after is deeper community engagement—likes and comments are nice, but genuine conversation, idea-sharing, and member interaction are the real metric of success for us. Our audience is already active on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and, increasingly, TikTok, so your strategy needs to flow naturally across all four platforms. Statics, short-form video, carousels, founder spotlights, and behind-the-scenes reels should feel cohesive no matter where they appear. Content pillars will revolve around two things: • Educational content that gives entrepreneurs practical, lifestyle-oriented tips they can act on today. • Influencer collaborations that place credible voices from the founder space directly in front of our members. I have brand voice notes, audience personas, and basic visual assets ready for you. What I’m missing is a unified social and branding plan that translates those raw materials into daily conversations and measurable community growth. Deliverables I’d like to see: 1. Simple but beautiful branding that will work across our social media and ultimately our website. 2. A 90-day branding and social roadmap outlining themes, posting cadence, and key engagement tactics. 3. Platform-specific content calendars (weekly), complete with captions, hashtags, and suggested visuals or video scripts. 4. Design templates and tone-of-voice guidelines so any future contributor can stay on brand. 5. A simple KPI tracker—reach, saves, shares, comments—and a brief insights report every week.
