You’ll oversee end-to-end collections for non-supermarket customers, manage the bad debt provision, and ensure compliance with the Group Credit Policy. Reporting to the Group Manager of Credit, you’ll be supported in delivering strategic outcomes, with a key focus in driving team engagement and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. This role offers flexible working arrangements—two days onsite in Docklands (Wednesday and Thursday) and three days from home—giving you the best of both worlds. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Non-Grocery Collections Team to drive performance and engagement Ensure collection targets are met in line with the Group Credit Policy Build strong relationships with Sales, Customers, and the broader Credit function Develop and implement effective collection strategies Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems About you Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience leading high-performing Collections or Credit teams Demonstrated experience in project or process improvement Strong understanding of credit controls and experience working with auditors Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations and stakeholders Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
