Role (brief): Reduce cost per unit (CPU) on our top 40 SKUs (meat, veg, dry goods, packaging) without any quality downgrade. Work directly with the GM. Source of truth: • Google Sheets CPU/GM tracker (quotes → landed cost → GM%) • Like-for-like specs/certifications required What you’ll do: • Source like-for-like alternatives and run outreach • Negotiate better pricing/terms using volume and competing quotes • Maintain a live quote log; target 3–5 qualified quotes/day Primary KPI: • Lower CPU on tier-1 inputs with visible GM% uplift Who should apply: • Proven COGS reductions (before/after results) • Fluent English; strong on supplier calls/email • Familiar with Australian food/packaging/logistics markets • Required proof (attach/link): • Before/after pricing for two SKUs (redacted OK) • Spec-match evidence (like-for-like) • A sample quote comparison sheet Role details: • 30+ hrs/week • Long-term engagement • AU business-hours overlap Apply with (concise): • Years in procurement/COGS + relevant categories • A 7-day plan (5–7 bullets) to cut CPU on 8–12 SKUs How you’d find/verify 3 AU suppliers for bulk cooked brown rice?
