We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to support our coaching business. Your role will be to ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, supported consistently, and kept accountable to their goals. You’ll manage projects, follow up on tasks, and keep our CRM and systems organised so our coaching team can focus on strategy and delivery. Experience working with coaching or consulting businesses (or having been coached yourself) is highly valued. Strong communication, organisation, and client relationship skills are essential. This is a long-term role with plenty of room to grow.
