Position Title: Client Management Specialist – SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta & Social Media Hourly Pay: $5 to $8 AUD Location: Remote (must be available to work in Australian time zones) Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract (approx. 2 hours per day to start; potential to increase as workload grows) About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Client Management Specialist with a deep understanding of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads, and Social Media marketing. You’ll be the bridge between our Australian clients and our offshore delivery team, making sure every campaign hits its goals and every client feels looked after. Key Responsibilities and KPIs Responsibility KPI / Measurement of Success Client Communication – Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, answer queries and proactively update them. 100 percent of client emails or messages responded to within 24 hours; 90 percent or more positive client feedback on communication. Campaign Oversight – Translate client goals into actionable plans for the offshore team (SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta, Social). All campaigns launched on time; 95 percent or more adherence to client brief. Quality Assurance – Review and QA deliverables from the offshore team before sending to client. Less than 5 percent of deliverables returned with errors or needing rework. Reporting and Analysis – Compile monthly or weekly reports showing KPIs, ROI, and recommendations. Reports delivered on agreed schedule 100 percent of the time; all key metrics accurately tracked. Performance Improvement – Suggest and implement improvements to increase ROI and retention. At least one actionable optimisation suggestion per client per month; measurable uplift in client KPIs within 3 months. Team Coordination – Lead and motivate the offshore team to deliver high-quality work. On-time completion of 95 percent or more assigned tasks; positive feedback from team on clarity of direction. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing across SEO, PPC or Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media. Excellent spoken and written English – able to communicate confidently and clearly with Australian clients. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proven track record of hitting KPIs and improving campaign performance. Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate offshore teams. Availability to work at least 2 hours per day in Australian time zones (potential to increase as workload expands). Can start immediately on a contract or freelance basis.
