What You’ll Do As our Client Insight Manager, you will: Collect and analyse data from surveys, transactions, market research, and external sources. Use statistical methods to extract insights and identify trends driving client satisfaction. Develop and maintain client segmentation models based on demographics, behaviours, and psychographics. Profile client segments to understand their needs and collaborate with teams to tailor strategies. Translate data into actionable insights and deliver reports, dashboards, and recommendations. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate client satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Preferably in media, advertising, marketing, or publishing, with exposure to sales, media, product, or integration teams. Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Adobe Analytics, Asteroid (Roy Morgan), and statistical research packages such as SPSS and Q Software. Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research practices. A proven track record of leveraging client insights to drive business decisions, improve satisfaction, and enhance retention. The ability to develop insights-driven strategies to address challenges and seize market opportunities. Expertise in presenting data in engaging and compelling ways to build a narrative. A history of delivering measurable results, achieving KPIs, and driving business growth. A solid understanding of the industry or market dynamics to better address client needs and competitive challenges.
