We are a medicolegal company based in Melbourne, Australia. Our doctors provide medical reports for insurance claims. As part of our growth, we are looking to further streamline and automate our workflow systems. We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in ClickUp and Make to review our existing setup and suggest improvements. What We Need: A short initial meeting (less than 30 minutes) with selected consultants. During the meeting, we will: Provide a brief demo of our current ClickUp + Make system setup. Share our workflow map (attached to this job post). Walk through our workflows and highlight areas where we see inefficiencies. After this session, we would like you to come back to us with: 1) Suggestions on how to improve our workflows. 2) Ideas for increasing client self-service, boosting automation, and reducing manual handling of sensitive information. If we are happy with the work on this project, there will be future opportunities, such as building a CRM within ClickUp. About the Workflow Map: Top row: shows client touchpoints. Second row: shows our systems. Bottom row: shows internal team touchpoints. Purple and black diamonds: show opportunities for improvement. Red diamonds: show areas where we see potential privacy risks in handling sensitive information. Requirements: Demonstrated experience with ClickUp and Make in real-world automation projects. Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical solutions. Available for meetings between 9:30am – 3:00pm (Melbourne time). Strong understanding of data privacy best practices is preferred.
