• Position: Cleaning SupervisorContract: Permanent Part-TimeLocation: Cherry Creek Youth Justice, Little River, VICPay rate: $35.32 per hour plus Super Shift Times: Monday to Friday from 07:45 PM to 01:00 AM 
•  
• What You Need:Excellent communication, organization and people skills
• Reliable vehicle and full driver’s licenceAbility to kneel, lift, and stand for 4+ hoursExperience in periodic cleaning and supervising teams
• Current National Police Check (under 6 months)Valid Employee Working with Children CardAbility to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol tests

• Duties include, but are not limited to:Lead and supervise a team of around ten cleaning staff
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized: offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal spaces, and foyersPerform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and surfacesCarry out periodic cleaning tasks: strip & seal, carpet cleaning, window cleaning
• Conduct bio-cleaning when requiredMaintain high cleanliness standards through effective team leadershipCommunicate clearly and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
