The Opportunity
This isn't just about answering calls, it's about being the critical point of support for our customers. You will be a vital first responder, providing compassionate support and decisive action during stressful times. We are seeking empathetic problem solvers ready to step up and make a genuine difference in people’s lives when they need it most.
Your Impactful Role Will Include:
- Triaging critical claims and deploying essential emergency services (tow trucks, builders, etc.) immediately to secure property and minimise further loss.
- Seamlessly guiding customers through the entire claims process for motor and property damage with clarity and compassion.
- Participating in dedicated coaching and training programs to continually enhance customer experience and claims outcomes.
- Working closely with your team and manager to tackle diverse tasks and achieve outstanding results.
