About the Role
As a Claims Assessor, you'll manage a claims portfolio from start to finish, ensuring everything is handled in line with the procedures and regulatory requirements. Your work will involve:
- End-to-end claims management
- Interpreting policies accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with external parties like loss adjusters and legal professionals
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing expectations and handling client escalations
- Verifying policyholder information and claim eligibility by evaluating all available data
About You
- Previous experience in claims assessing/claims management ideally within title insurance or property claims
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and listen effectively.
- A high level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
