We use advanced CAD and civil design software to prepare coordinated drawings for roads, stormwater drainage systems, earthworks, and other civil infrastructure.

We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled full-time Civil Engineering Draftsperson with demonstrated experience in civil CAD design, particularly in roads and stormwater drainage, to join our team.
Package - $78,000+super
In this role, you will:
• Prepare detailed civil drawings for roads, stormwater drainage, kerb layouts, pits, and pavement designs in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Work closely with civil engineers to produce documentation aligned with council and RMS standards
• Assist in the preparation of DA/CC documentation packages for residential and commercial developments
• Maintain drawing registers and file management to ensure quality control and timely delivery
• Liaise with other consultants, engineers, and local authorities to resolve design and coordination issues
• Apply engineering standards, council DCPs, and regulatory guidelines to all drafting tasks
You will need:
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working as a civil engineering draftsperson on road and/or stormwater projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and Civil 3D (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Australian civil design standards, including local council and RMS requirements
• Ability to interpret civil engineering designs and translate them into accurate documentation
• High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Current NSW Driver’s License (preferred but not essential)
