The team at Flexiforce are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Labourer to join our team in the Yass region.

This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive crew and gain experience in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general civil construction tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in civil construction or labouring preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable transport to and from site.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
