Key Responsibilities Manage daily operational tasks and stakeholder queries across the C&I Gas portfolio Resolve service orders, transfers and billing exceptions within agreed service levels Provide operational and administrative support to the C&I Sales team Deliver accurate reporting and support continuous process improvement initiatives Maintain and support standard operating procedures within Gas Retail Operations Collaborate across internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. What You’ll Bring Experience in an operations, administration or customer-focused role (energy retail highly regarded) Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines Confident stakeholder engagement skills across phone and email channels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel capability advantageous) A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
