Job Description About the Role Glencore Coal Assets Australia (GCAA) offers a CHPP Maintenance Planner Traineeship with a duration of 24 months, aimed at developing future maintenance leaders in the CHPP environment across multiple GCAA operations in Queensland. This traineeship provides formal training in Asset and Maintenance Management, specific equipment training, and valuable on-the-job competencies. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance planning Resource and contractor management Parts procurement Stakeholder consultation Project management and problem solving Reviewing and actioning condition monitoring results Reporting activities What We’re Looking for: Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values. Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
