We are a Melbourne-based renewable energy company seeking a reliable and experienced sourcing assistant based in China to help us import FoxESS batteries for the Australian market. These batteries are approved under the Australian Government rebate scheme, so knowledge of compliance and rebate-approved products is essential. Responsibilities: • Liaise directly with FoxESS distributors/manufacturers in China. • Source and verify rebate-approved battery models. • Negotiate quotations, ensure product authenticity, and handle purchase orders. • Manage compliance and export paperwork. • Coordinate shipping & logistics to Melbourne, Australia. Requirements: • Must be based in China. • Strong English & Mandarin skills. • Experience with battery / solar / renewable energy products. • Knowledge of Australian rebate-approved products (CEC, VEU, or other energy schemes). • Proven track record in import/export compliance and supplier sourcing.
