An Australia founder launching a premium adult wellness & lifestyle brand. I need a hands-on, bilingual partner who can start right away - initially working remotely in China (around Guangzhou or Shenzhen), then collaborating in person when I visit in late November or December. Key Responsibilities - Supplier Sourcing: Research and shortlist manufacturers (silicone/ABS products, electronics, premium packaging, personal lubricants, creams, candles and other accessories). Obtain quotes, visit factory, negotiate MOQs, arrange samples. - Creative Team Building: Identify photographers, stylists, models and studios for product & lifestyle shoots. - Creative Designs: Source and engage designers for packaging and artwork. - Website Development: Find & coordinate e-commerce web-designers/developers experienced in Shopify or similar. - Marketing Prep: Set up social media strategies and gather content ideas. - Arrange and accompany any factory visits, negotiate contracts and manage QC during my visit. - Oversee product photography and video shoots during my visit. - Act as interpreter and day to day project manager. Requirements - Based in Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Shanghai (flexible) with ability to travel. - Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). - Proven track record in product sourcing and creative/marketing project coordination. - We are not a dropshipping business but dropshipping experience is desired. - Excellent negotiation skills and strong supplier network. - Highly organised, self-directed, comfortable with a fast pace. - Sign a Non-Disclosure Statement - Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. - Experience in social media ads (Meta, IG, TikTok) - Strong organisational skills; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Engagement Details - Start Date: Immediate (remote) - Duration: Full-time through Dec possibility of ongoing work after launch. - Rate: Please quote daily or weekly rate in AUD or USD. - Immediate start for planning and supplier research (remote) before I arrive. - Weekly Zoom/Teams meetings. - Engagement: Upwork contract with milestone payments.
