Child Care Worker (Group Leaders Only)

Care for Kids School of Early Learning Banksia Grove is looking for a Child Care Worker (Group Leaders Only) to join our team on a full time permanent basis.
Duties to be performed:
• Preparing and organizing appropriate materials and equipment for children to actively engage in educational and recreational activities.
• Managing children's behavior and offering guidance for their social development.
• Overseeing and being responsible for maintaining children's hygiene standards.
• Coordinating and overseeing daily routines and recreational activities for children.
• Cultivating respectful and positive relationships with the children.
• Supporting the development of cooperative behavior in children.
• Ensuring the inclusion of all children.
• Conducting engaging and entertaining activities, such as reading and playing games, to stimulate children's minds.
Requirement
• The position requires at least 3 years of experience
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Diploma in Early Childhood Education required
• Good attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• It is imperative a great knowledge and ability to apply the NQF and the Approved Learning Frameworks.
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $76,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
Location: Banksia Grove, WA 6031
