We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Cook/Chef to join our talented culinary team at Cafe 63' in Peninsula Fair, Queensland. As a fulltime member of our kitchen crew, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality meals that delight our customers every day.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of delicious and creative menu items

Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards

Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace

Adhere to all food safety and health regulations

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience

Support the Head Chef in menu development and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a cook or kitchen hand in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Food safety certification or willingness to obtain

Salary 74000 to 77000 annually

What you'll require is:

? 2 years or more in a similar position in a busy environment.

? Certificate IV or Higher Qualification related to cookery, kitchen management or

hospitality management (preferred)

? Excellent people skills and a suitable attitude the capacity to lead, grow, and

collaborate with a large team.

? Industry enthusiasm.

? Being able to take the initiative and lead in these practical roles a strong sense of

finance and the willingness to go above and beyond.
