• We’re assembling a passionate, powerhouse team to bring Cibaria, Noosa to life from the ground up, and we’re looking for chefs of all levels to be part of the opening crew.

• Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent English communication
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality studies
• Composure under pressure and a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Formal hospitality qualifications
• Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Skills in fresh pasta, pastry, woodfire cooking, and butchery
• Proficiency in Italian cuisine
• Experience with venue openings
