Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals to exceptionally high standards

Ensuring the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organised, and meet all health and safety requirements

Maintaining a focus on an exceptional dining experience for customers

Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required

Adhering to all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

Formal chef training and/or significant experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen environment

Exceptional culinary skills and an eye for presentation

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Keen attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene

Enthusiasm for creating delicious, high-quality meals
